Our founders

After graduating from Columbia Law School, Pilar Prados (CEO) practiced law at Chaffetz Lindsey LLP in New York City and at Spanish law firm Cuatrecasas in Brazil. During her 10+ years as an M&A lawyer she felt how painful it was to draft and manage contracts.

With Marcos Sanz (CTO), serial entrepreneur, software engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and senior full-stack developer with wide international experience, they founded Valencia-based startup Bounsel in 2019 to offer a smarter way to work with contracts.
