We are very proud. For the second consecutive year, IVACE (Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad Empresarial) has granted us a non-refundable subsidy, this time in the amount of 69,891.43€.
This grant is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) at a rate of 50% through the ERDF Operational Programme of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
With file number IMINOD/2020/160 we have participated in the SME Innovation Projects (INNOVA-CV) 2020 programme, through which IVACE grants subsidies to young innovative companies for the development of TEICs solutions.
Following the important feedback obtained after the start-up of our technological project in 2019, the objective of the present action is the evolution and improvement of our software based on artificial intelligence and data analytics for the intelligent and integrated management of contracts. This will result in functional and technical improvements that will help companies to optimise and automate all tasks associated with contract management, thus improving the commercialisation of the solution and its launch on the market.
At Bounsel, we expect the tangible results of this action to materialise in the evolution of our innovative smart contract management software, fully operational, with enhanced functionalities and technical features, including the following:
- A system for comparing versions of a contract.
- A system to automate contract workflows.
- Classification of clauses within a contract.
- A system for synchronising tasks with the calendar.
- A system for creating and managing smart contract templates.
- A public API designed to allow third party applications to connect to our system.
- A platform adapted to mobile devices.
- An advanced search engine.
- A system to allow access through the use of Enterprise registration systems to our platform.
