Pilar Prados, CEO of Bounsel, has told her experience in the world of entrepreneurship in this report by the newspaper La Vanguardia.

International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8 March. On this occasion, La Vanguardia published the article “The women who lead in emerging companies in the Valencian Community”, where we can learn more about some of the great female leaders in the sector.

Bounsel is proud to see our CEO among them, demonstrating the importance of her role in the development and management of new companies. Entrepreneurship, as in any other sector, does not depend on gender, but on perseverance, aptitudes and the capacity for self-improvement of each person.

Pilar Prados, together with Ángela Pérez, Ana Isabel Gil, Angélica Bellver and Bianca Dragomir, have broken barriers. They have promoted innovative projects that encourage the renewal of technology and the digitisation of classic sectors such as the legal sector.

They are strong and courageous women, passionate about their work, with ideas and with many dreams that they have managed to turn into reality thanks to their dedication.

It is important to give visibility to all these cases, but it is even more important to emphasise that all that they and many other women have achieved is because everything is possible, even if the road is difficult, it is not about being a man or a woman, but about fighting for what you want.

This is a sign that things are changing. There is still a long way to go, but equality and freedom are possible.
