Pilar Prados, CEO and founder of Bounsel, shares with us her experience working in such a demanding environment as the legal profession and combining the upbringing of her two young children with technological entrepreneurship.
After spending several years working in a large law firm in New York and Brazil, he realised that the process of requesting information, drafting documents, receiving hundreds of emails and closing contracts was very inefficient.
This prompted her to create Bounsel together with Marcos Sanz, founder of Bounsel, in 2019. A document and contract automation software that was created with the intention of streamlining the process of drafting, sending and storing large volumes of documents.
