In this interview, Pilar Prados talks about the need for innovation and improvement in the field of legaltech, as well as the importance of giving visibility to women entrepreneurs from the beginning of their professional careers.
The Youth Council of Fundación Mutualidad Abogacía, of which Pilar has been a member since May 2020, was created with two main objectives: to promote legal talent and entrepreneurship and, on the other hand, to help resolve any doubts that may be of concern to young people who are just starting out in the world of law. It is responsible for assisting the collective in professional development and is committed to creating an atmosphere of solidarity among legal professionals.
Pilar joined the Youth Council because she believes that it is essential to “influence, help and make women entrepreneurs visible” in a social context of constant change in which the demand for the recognition of women is very much alive and necessary.
