Our infrastructure
With Bounsel, your documents are secure at all times: while they are being created, edited, signed, stored and processed. We operate on servers that have passed the strictest standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018/27701, SOC 1/2/3, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP certifications in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA, among others. In addition, connections on Bounsel are secure and encrypted, thanks to the use of TLS 1.2 or higher and AES-256 encryption. The information is stored on Google Cloud servers in the EU and is continuously backed up. And that’s not all, we also operate in multiple zones to create a more robust system against system crashes.
Security in your documents
Our systems control the versions and attachments of all documents. We use Google Cloud Storage (GCS) platform by default. Therefore, there is a permanent trace not only at the database level but also at the storage level. In this way, all connection details are encrypted when they are stored on our servers.
Bounsel also has an auditing system that permanently records transactions and actions that occur within the platform, incorporating information such as IP and user. Every 6 hours, activity and monitoring data is backed up and automatically stored in GCS. And, to ensure the reliability of the platform, all databases are protected and can be custom encrypted.
Monitoring
We monitor all resources and infrastructure 24/7, 365 days a year. All alerts generated by our system are sent to the IT team for immediate action. No risks!
Cybersecurity
We conduct annual penetration tests and quarterly vulnerability tests to proactively identify and address any security vulnerabilities in the system. In addition, external companies are involved in audits to ensure Bounsel’s protection. The latest verification was carried out by the prestigious multinational company specialised in cybersecurity, S2 Group, which rated the level of security of Bounsel’s platform very positively.
