On Friday 2nd December the whole Bounsel team enjoyed an exciting team building day in the centre of Valencia.

The day started at 9:30 a.m. at the Federal Café. There, we shared a delicious breakfast and carried out several group dynamics that allowed us to get to know ourselves better, but also to get to know other members of the team.

One of the activities consisted of taking a test to find out what each person’s personality is in the work environment and, later, we watched some videos that allowed us to better understand the different ways of being in the office. Sharing the results was very enriching, as it helped us to get to know our colleagues a little better, which will enable us to work better as a team in the future.

Another dynamic was an invisible friend, in which everyone tried to guess who was the colleague who had given them the gift.

Donning our Bounsel sweatshirts, the team left the cafeteria for a group photo. From there, we went to the 13th lottery office, Santa Catalina, where we chose the Bounsel number for the Christmas and El Niño draws. Fingers crossed!

At around 12 o’clock in the morning we arrived at the Centro Cultural del Carmen to visit the exhibition ‘Jaime Hayón: Infinitely’, where the team could enjoy the colourful artistic production of the prestigious designer. We were able to learn a lot from it, as it was proof of how such different parts can produce such a good and interesting result.

The day ended at the Gaspar restaurant to celebrate Bounsel’s Christmas lunch. All together we enjoyed the wide variety of flavours and experiences that the intense Nyitol menu (because of the spiciness, which surprised some of us) provided.

Before saying goodbye, each member of the team shared their impressions of the exciting day. The personalities we discovered in the morning came to the fore, as many of the reflections were marked by them.

Without a doubt, it was a very exciting day in which we all got to know each other a little better.
